Well this will be one of the most interesting blogs you will read. This is the type of blog that a handful of you will want to observe as it will give an insight of how media can be shown.

I'm Ronaldo Cook-Martin, a senior communication-major at Slippery Rock University, and I'm creating this blog for my new-media journalism class. I'm taking new-media journalism, beucase I feel it gives an intriguing look at how media is looked at today. I currently have both my own Facebook and Twitter accounts. Obviously, these two forms of social media are the biggest impact in how communication is surfacing today. But now, blogging is another way that I would like to commuincate with others. I created my own blog last semester in my sports journalism class, and it was the first time I really experienced with blogging. Now by creating this particular blog, I can further expand more of the different traits used to make a successful blog. This blog can help give you an interesting trait of new ways journalism can be expanded and explored.

There's also the share of media outlets involved when it comes to new-media journalism. The New York Times is a traditional media outlet that I enjoyed observing in the past. This traditional media outlet has been so effective in the past as it gives interesting detail on numerous articles involving politics, world news, and  the stock market. I still feel that this particular traditional media outlet is useful for many people and still has an impact on how journalism is conducted. There's also the influence of a new media outlet. The Huffington Post, for example, is one new-media outlet that some find interesting to look at. It gives a great way of dispaying blogs and comments to numerous topics as well as give idea and facts regarding business, technology, and much more. This new-media outlet gives a great descriptive of how information throughout can be processed and explained.

I'm hopeful my blog will be fascinating enough for you to explore and give you ideas to expand on when it comes to blogging.
